DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Our backend developer focuses on improving and changing the core components of our state of the art, high volume and data intensive systems. As a SSP, our systems enable real-time optimization of the revenue for our publishers advertising inventory. Low latency, terabites of data, automated algorithms, 24×7 with 99.99% uptime, service oriented and modular are just some of the keywords describing the systems we have today or are building for tomorrow. Our infrastructure runs on open source operating systems making knowledge of Linux a must. For visualizing and enabling our vast amounts of data, you will be working closely with our DBA’s operating our database clusters and Hadoop environments.
We work in a fast-moving industry where standing still is not an option so you will frequently be challenged to propose, design and build the next big thing. You will be part of a larger development team working together according to Agile methodology. We believe in relative short release cycles but at the same time focus on maintaining the high quality of our platform. If the above sounds appealing, we have a job for you!
