Product Specialist – Product Knowledge Manager

The individual for this position will report to Product Director, based in Paris, your role will be, to help develop the knowledge of Sales and Operations teams on Criteo’s products, offers and business process.
The individual will be accountable for the following:
Developing Product Knowledge content, for both
o Initial training content (newcomers ramp-up)
o Ongoing knowledge (update teams on new products / offers / processes)
Assisting in the roll-out of Product Knowledge content across all Criteo international offices, by implementing a network of local experts and organizing in-office training sessions
To build training material and train internal Sales and Operations teams on Criteo’s product offers (offer presentation, offer implementation modus operandi)
To implement regular communication to teams on product-related news (ongoing developments, soon-to-launch offers)
Further develop Criteo’s knowledge-diffusion tools (knowledge sharing, assessment & reward)
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Fluent in French & English
Experience and interest in educating teams to new concepts and in implementing training methods & tools
Comfortable with promoting products / offers / processes internally
Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame
Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable, digest, pedagogical way
Ability to translate technical aspects into business-understandable material
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Ability to lead multi-functional projects (new tools / process implementation)
Capable of working autonomously & managing multiple activities simultaneously
