The Mid Market Sales Channel is a very important part of growth within Criteo.This team is primarily an internal based sales channel where outbound calling and e-mail prospection are the primary methods for driving new business. Criteo is actively seeking dynamic sales managers to join its advertiser sales department and drive the acquisition and growth of new business.
-Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
-Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with small and medium advertising agencies and companies by phone
-Manage a portfolio of small and medium sized clients
-Develop relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers
-Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
-Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learning to help generate further new business
-Hit quarterly revenue target
-Strong focus on being able to analyse data and use it to effectively grow the business
-Experience in online and/or off-line advertising marketing or direct marketing
-Phone based sales experience
-Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business
-Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
-Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service
-Passionate about new media and how Criteo and personalized retargeted advertising can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
-Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to a client or agency
-Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry
-Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
-Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
-Degree qualification preferred (not essential)
-Knowledge of competing products a plus
-Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) essential
-Fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese spoken and written
-A third European language is a plus: German and/or Italian and/or Spanish and/or French …
