Cedato is a leading programmatic operating system for video in the Ad-Tech industry with customers worldwide, and offices in NY, Berlin and Israel. They are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager with proven experience and performance. The position requires you to have an advertising technology background, familiar with video advertising technology terms, trends, eco-system, etc. You will be joining their NYC office and take an active role in expanding the Cedato business within the video advertising technology industry.

REQUIREMENTS

- Manage international clients maintaining relationships on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Focus on acquiring new partners, managing & scaling existing relationships
- Ensure the technical and business related issues are handled quickly and appropriately
- Convert and manage leads
- Ongoing account status and progress management
- Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling
- Support clients, open issues and tasks prioritization
- Work closely with other departments, such as Product and R&D

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Mobile / Online/ Video Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary when interacting with customers, management and publishers
- Resourceful, tech oriented able to quickly learn new technologies
- Multitasking and prioritization capabilities
- Understanding of the online advertising industry
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
- Excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic and charismatic
- English - native tongue level
- Bachelor’s degree
