Prior to adsquare, he was Chief Sales Officer at Sevenval Technologies where he was primarily responsible for the London branch, followed by Vice President Sales for mobile ad network YOC AG. His focus as CEO is on sales and agency consulting as well as strategic business development on an international scale.

Stefan Schumacher, Executive Director Digital, G+J EMS

The publishing business studies and communication BAW began his professional career in 2000 with Ziff Davis. He subsequently held positions at VNU Business Publications and Vodafone D2 GmbH. 2010 joined Schumacher as Head of Media Solutions in the Mobile Team at G+J EMS and took over 2011, the management of the Mobile Unit. Since September 2014 he is in his current position in the digital cross responsibility for these specialized departments at G + J EMS.

Prior to his engagement with the VivaKi agency group in 2006, Prison was CDO of ZenithOptimedia, Managing Director of Zed digital and Managing Director of Performics. Other engagements include a 5-year commitment to OnVista AG acting as the Head of Agency Sales as well as a post in the digital media field for Endemol. Before starting his professional career, Prison studied business economics in Cologne.

Yoav Arnstein leads LiveRail's EMEA business from our office in London, where he overseas all commercial operations, including sales and services. Yoav joins LiveRail from Legolas Media where he was CEO and grew the company to a multi-million dollar revenue business. Prior to Legolas, Yoav was at Eyeblaster (now MediaMind) where he was GM International, and then GM North American operations. At Eyeblaster, Yoav oversaw revenue growth of more than 5x, opened multiple international offices and helped build Eyeblaster into the world's leading rich media ad platform. Yoav holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel-Aviv University and a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Denmark's Technical University.

Marco Klimkeit, born in 1979, established his first technology company “newtention“ which resulted in a number of innovations for the online advertising industry as long ago as the end of the 90’s. Following this, he founded Yieldlab in 2010 which is a platform for Realtime Bidding and Yield Optimisation for publishing and media companies in Germany. Marco was the chairman of the working group “Targeting” at the BVDW (Federal Association for Digital Economy) and can be considered a pioneer in terms of Re-Targeting.

Prior to joining the company, he was COO at Falk Technologies, where he and his team built more than 30 ad Technology platforms for start-ups through to major media companies.

Andrew Buckman leads the company’s EMEA operations, with a focus on strategic partnerships, marketing, sales and general operations. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the ad tech industry. Prior to joining OpenX in 2015, Andrew Buckman was Chief Operating Officer for performance marketing company Tradedoubler. Under his leadership, Tradedoubler transformed in terms of profitability, scale, and reputation. Buckman’s wide-ranging career has also included roles at Yahoo! as both Monetisation Director and European Product Director. At Yahoo!, he delivered several major European projects, including the cross-country deployment of a new advertiser platform and infrastructure.

Rob Perdue is the Chief Operating Officer of The Trade Desk, where he scales out the business operations of the company, overseeing business opportunities nationwide and globally. Perdue was previously EyeWonder’s Chief Operating Officer, managing all sales, business operations and the company’s expansion efforts worldwide. He focused on driving and increasing operational capabilities across all functional departments to meet the company’s strategic business objectives.

Von 2007 bis 2009 war er außerdem in der Marketingabteilung des Rendsburger Tradtitionsunternehmens ACO Severin Ahlmann GmbH und Co KG tätig. Seit 2009 leitet Jens von Rauchhaupt das Online Ressort von ADZINE in Hamburg.

After taking his first career steps in the United Kingdom, Neal Brüwer then spent more than ten years in a number of positions in online marketing in the German market. He began as Senior Sales Manager at Vibrant Media, then became founder and Managing Director of Centrin Media and the Dynamic Project Group, and has also worked as manager for Sales and Business Development at Facilitate and Outbrain. He most recently served as CMO of Roombeats.

Kasper began his professional career as management consultant before joining the semantic search engine company Speed of Mind as CEO. After completing his MBA at INSEAD and following his time as Chief Product Officer at wunderloop, he founded Semasio together with Thomas Rask Thomsen, the former co-founder and CTO of Speed of Mind, in November 2010.

He joined OpenX with significant leadership experience in the digital and mobile advertising sectors, having previously served as Head of Business Development, Central & Eastern Europe for InMobi and as Business Development Manager for Yahoo! in Germany. His experience also includes tenure at IAC Search & Media/Ask Partner Network (APN), where he set up the distribution of APN browser plug-ins across Europe and established strategic partnerships.

Cadi manages a team focused on sales and strategy for Yahoo's programmatic and audience targeting options, with a remit that covers all performance and brand solutions (display, native and video) across devices. Cadi joined Yahoo in September 2008 and has worked for the business in a number of regions, most recently in New York where she led Yahoo's programmatic activity with CPG, travel and entertainment clients. Prior to this Cadi set up Yahoo's performance display offering across the Middle East following the company's acquisition of Maktoob.

He joined AppNexus in late 2014 as VP Sales & Account Management, leading AppNexus’ Publishers business in EMEA. Prior to joining AppNexus, JC worked at Yahoo, most recently as Vice President and Head of Partnerships Group at Yahoo. In that role he was in charge of all partnerships in EMEA for the Yahoo Display Ad Network, Yahoo Search Affiliate Network, and Right Media Platform & Exchange. As Vice President and Head of Publisher Group for Yahoo! - Europe from 2008-2010, JC was responsible for building the Yahoo! Ad Network in Europe.
