DESCRIPTION

Cedato are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager for their Israeli office, ready to take an active role in expanding their business within the video advertising technology industry. This position focus on video advertising technologies, requiring tech-oriented people that are familiar with video technology terms, trends, eco-system, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Manage international customers maintaining a close relationship with them through various communication channels on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Focus on acquiring new video partners, managing & scaling existing relationships
- Ensure that technical and business related issues are handled quickly and appropriately
- Convert and manage leads
- Ongoing account status and progress management
- Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling
- Support clients, prioritizing open issues and tasks
- Work closely with other departments, such as Product and R&D

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

- English - native tongue level
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Video Advertising Account Management/Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary when interacting with clients, management and peers
- Multitasking and prioritization capabilities
- Understanding of the online advertising industry
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
- Excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic and charismatic
- Resourceful and tech oriented
