On this week's episode of The MadTech Podcast, ExchangeWire's Rachel Smith and Lindsay Rowntree are joined by P&G alumnus and founder of marketing-as-a-service, Shokunin Marketing, Dominique Touchaud. Sitting in Singapore, he shares his perspectives on the Asian market from his wealth of brand/FMCG experience.

We discuss:

  • The rumoured merger of Grab and Gojek and what this would mean for consumers, investors, and advertisers alike;
  • Apple's announcement that it will delay the IDFA changes in iOS 14 until 2021, and how this will impact app developers and publishers;
  • The CTV and streaming trends from PWC's latest Entertainment & Media Outlook, including suggestions people are reaching 'subscription fatigue' and 'peak wallet'.
