PARIS, LONDON – December 4, 2023 – IMPACT+ – a global pioneer in helping marketers reduce the environmental impact of their digital ad campaigns – has hired Yann Le Roux as its new VP, Sales & Partnerships.

Digital advertising veteran Le Roux, who has over two decades of experience working in leadership roles within the global ad tech market for companies including Integral Ad Science, Havas, and Matiro, will be responsible for planning and executing the company’s global commercial strategy.

IMPACT+ is on a mission to help players across the digital advertising ecosystem to reduce the environmental impact of their media spend. Clients include L’Oréal, Nestlé, P&G, and Teads. Yann will be based at the company’s Paris headquarters and will report directly to CEO and co-founder Vincent Villaret.

Before joining IMPACT+, Yann spent almost eight years as a director at Integral Ad Science, where he launched the company’s Paris office and led the company’s operations in Southern Europe. Yann also co-founded France’s first-ever ad trading desk, Matiro – a pioneer in the RTB revolution – which was acquired by Numberly/1000mercisGroup in 2013.

Prior to that, Yann led Havas Digital’s global ad tech strategy for three years, as well as the Artemis Alliance, which runs Havas’ ad analytics platform. He also ran Havas Digital in France for nine years and managed Havas Digital Canada for two years. Before joining IMPACT+, he was also the Chief Commercial Officer at Tremau.

Villaret said: “I’m delighted to have someone of Yann’s vision, drive and depth of experience across the digital advertising sector onboard to help lead IMPACT+ into this next, crucial phase in our growth.”

Yann is one of four new arrivals at the rapidly growing global company. Sales manager Jordan Polet, who has previously worked for companies including Leboncoin and P&G, has also joined and will be responsible for expanding the tech platform’s commercial partnerships and driving growth across the French market. He will report directly to Yann.

Salomé Berrebi and Saïd Soufi have also been hired as Global Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager respectively. Salomé previously spent six years at GroupM, mainly at agency Wavemaker, where she was responsible for the delivery of campaigns for a wide portfolio of clients, including IKEA, Mondelez and SodaStream.

Salomé, who will report directly to Head of Customer Success Agathe Viaud, will be responsible for supporting IMPACT+’s clients all around the world. Meanwhile, Saïd will provide technical support for the company’s SaaS Platforms and API integrations. He has previously worked at Equativ, and will report to both COO and co-founder Marion Cardona and CTO Pierre Rossinès.

All the new arrivals will be based at the company’s Paris office, in Station F – one of the world’s biggest start-up campuses.

Villaret added: “It’s great to welcome Yann, Jordan, Salomé and Saïd to the growing IMPACT+ team. All four of our new arrivals will play pivotal roles in helping us in our mission to create a more sustainable, positive digital ad ecosystem.”

The new hires come at an exciting time for the global technology platform, which recently secured €2m (£1.7m) in seed funding. In September, the company launched its new ESP (Environmental Sustainability Platform), which enables brands and agencies to monitor and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions generated by all their digital advertising campaigns.
