PubMatic Expands EMEA Leadership to Accelerate CTV, Broadcast, and Platform Growth

PubMatic, an independent technology company delivering digital advertising’s supply chain of the future, today (9th June, 2025) announced the appointment of two senior leaders to its EMEA team: Andy Jones as vice president, broadcast & CTV, EMEA, and Matt Salmon as vice president of sales, EMEA. These appointments mark a significant step in PubMatic’s continued investment in platform innovation, commercial expansion, and deepening its commitment to buyers and publishers across the open internet.

Andy Jones, formerly of Samsung Ads and Roku, will lead the expansion of PubMatic’s CTV and broadcast offering, partnering with regional broadcasters to drive scalable monetisation strategies that bridge linear and digital TV. With over 25 years of experience across both buy- and sell-side, Jones will shape go-to-market strategies, align cross-functional teams, and unlock new opportunities for programmatic video.

In this newly created role, Salmon will be responsible for strengthening strategic partnerships with advertisers, agencies, trading desks and DSPs, helping them realise greater value from programmatic investment across key markets and channels.
