XPLN.AI Opens Office in Singapore & Appoints Elsa Trang as Managing Director APAC

XPLN.AI, the ad attention measurement and optimisation technology company, today (18th November, 2025) announces the opening of a new office in Singapore, along with the appointment of Elsa Trang as managing director APAC.

This launch represents a major step in XPLN.AI’s accelerated international expansion strategy, supported by the recent appointments of managing directors across each of its key markets. The Singapore office becomes the company’s sixth international opening within a year, following Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States.

"Our expansion into the Asia-Pacific region marks a new milestone in our international development and strengthens our ability to support luxury and beauty groups in this strategic market," says Fabien Magalon, CEO and co-founder of XPLN.AI.

As managing director APAC, Elsa will be responsible for steering XPLN.AI’s growth strategy in the region, fostering the company’s presence across Asia-Pacific, and driving adoption of attention measurement solutions among agencies, advertisers, and key players across the local digital ecosystem.

With ten years of experience in digital advertising, Elsa has held several senior roles at Invibes Advertising, serving successively as team leader, head of sales, and commercial director South East Asia.

"I am delighted to be joining XPLN.AI at a decisive moment in its global strategy. Traditional viewability and completion metrics no longer reflect the true effectiveness of advertising campaigns. I am convinced that attention is now the key to understanding the real impact of media activations – an approach I have championed during my previous roles in APAC. As a true hub for advertising innovation, Asia-Pacific is the ideal ground for anchoring this new measurement at the heart of media strategies," says Elsa Trang, managing director APAC at XPLN.AI.

"We are proud to welcome Elsa to XPLN.AI. Her in-depth understanding of the Asia-Pacific region and its challenges will be instrumental in supporting our growth and in making attention a standard metric for media effectiveness among local players," adds Fabien Magalon.

This momentum reflects XPLN.AI’s ambition to address the growing demand for advertising attention measurement while providing local support and solutions tailored to regional needs. Today, 25% of XPLN.AI’s revenue comes from international markets, confirming the relevance and strength of its global vision.
