Orange Advertising Chooses Pubstack ONE Following Competitive Review & a Two-Digit RPM Uplift

Pubstack today (22nd January, 2026) announces a major partnership with Orange Advertising, which has selected Pubstack ONE to power its monetisation infrastructure across Web, In-Stream video, and In-App environments.
The decision follows consultations with several key monetisation platform providers in the market and a final head-to-head test against a leading competitor, during which Pubstack delivered a two-digit uplift in RPM. This move positions Orange Advertising at the forefront of a market-defining shift among premium publishers toward unified, automated monetisation architectures.
Orange Advertising reaches over 30 million monthly unique visitors and is the country’s only fully integrated telco-owned ad sales house, managing both Orange’s digital properties and major partner applications such as Bonjour RATP, Mappy, ViaMichelin, and Moovit.
As part of its long-term digital roadmap, Orange Advertising launched a strategic review of its monetisation technology to align with the demands of modern programmatic operations. Its previous internal solution, used successfully for many years, had become increasingly complex to evolve, prompting Orange Advertising to seek a partner capable of providing a future-proof, automated, and scalable monetisation layer with advanced yield capabilities across all environments.

After consulting several major market leaders, Orange Advertising shortlisted two finalists and conducted a head-to-head competitive test in August 2025. Pubstack ONE delivered a two-digit uplift in RPM, alongside stronger operational flexibility and transparency, leading Orange Advertising to select Pubstack as its monetisation infrastructure provider.
Pubstack ONE gives monetisation teams full, no-code control to design, automate, and optimise their entire ad stack — removing engineering bottlenecks and enabling greater agility for large multi-environment publishers. Orange Advertising will also deploy Pubstack’s In-Stream header bidding solution, bringing real competition and transparency into the video player, as well as Pubstack’s In-App capabilities, which introduce server-side Prebid for iOS and Android and simplify partner operations. Together, ONE, In-Stream, and In-App create a unified, automated monetisation framework designed for advanced yield strategies and long-term performance across Web, video, and app.

"The selection of Pubstack reflects a clear strategic decision: to equip Orange Advertising with a unified, high-performance and scalable monetisation infrastructure. The results observed confirm our ability to generate greater value, more efficiently, for the benefit of our entire ecosystem of advertisers, publishing partners and users," said Stéphane Bourse, managing director at Orange Advertising.
"This partnership reflects how modern monetisation should operate: fast, transparent, and free from technical dependencies," said Alban-Barnabé Silve, country manager, France and Belgium at Pubstack. "Orange Advertising’s decision sends a strong signal to the entire publisher ecosystem: even the most sophisticated in-house systems eventually need to evolve toward platforms built specifically for modern programmatic complexity. With Pubstack ONE, Orange Advertising’s teams gain unprecedented autonomy and sophistication across all digital environments."
