xpln.ai Opens Office in London & Appoints Dominic Di Talamo as Managing Director UK

xpln.ai, the ad attention measurement and optimisation technology company, today (9th December, 2025) announces the opening of a new office in London, along with the appointment of Dominic Di Talamo as managing director UK.

This launch marks a significant milestone in xpln.ai’s international expansion strategy, following recent openings across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. With its new London office, xpln.ai strengthens its presence in a market that has consistently set the pace for innovation in media measurement:

"The UK has long played a central role in shaping global media standards and has been a pioneer in elevating attention as a core media metric. The market’s maturity in attention-based solutions provides a strong foundation for collaboration and innovation, making it a natural and strategic next step in our global expansion," says Fabien Magalon, CEO and co-founder of xpln.ai.

As managing director UK, Dominic will spearhead xpln.ai’s growth strategy — strengthening relationships with agencies, advertisers, and ad tech partners, building and leading a world-class UK team, accelerating adoption of attention-based solutions, and cementing attention as a foundational metric for media effectiveness.

With more than a decade of experience in digital advertising, Dominic has held several senior roles in leading ad tech companies. He previously served as VP EMEA at Audigent (acquired by Experian), UK general manager at SmartMedia Technologies, and head of international sales at MiQ.

"I’m thrilled to join xpln.ai at such a pivotal stage of growth," says Dominic Di Talamo, managing director UK at xpln.ai. "Our mission is clear: support advertisers in making more effective investment decisions by leveraging smarter, unified attention measurement and optimisation across the entire media spectrum. I’m humbled to spearhead our UK operations and excited to contribute to the next phase of innovation in a market that has already embraced attention as a key performance driver."

"We are delighted to welcome Dominic to xpln.ai," adds Fabien Magalon. "His deep understanding of the UK market and extensive leadership across the ad tech ecosystem will be instrumental in strengthening our footprint and supporting local partners in pushing the boundaries of media effectiveness."

With this move, xpln.ai reinforces its global ambition: to power the next era of media performance through attention measurement and optimisation, offering local support and delivering solutions tailored to each market’s specific needs. With international markets now accounting for 25% of its revenue, xpln.ai continues to consolidate its position as a global reference in attention-based advertising measurement.
