Audion Launches First AI Agent Built to Deliver Tangible Outcomes in Digital Audio Advertising

Audion, a global digital audio specialist, has launched 'Audion AI', the first artificial intelligence (AI) solution designed to deliver outcome-driven audio advertising campaigns that maximise brand performance.

Audion AI addresses key challenges facing audio advertising: the highly fragmented environment in which one piece of content can be distributed across multiple listening platforms; the proliferation of ad formats; the huge diversity of audio and vodcast content; manual content selection; and performance insights that, in only being available when the campaign is finished, offer no opportunity for optimisation.

The tool enables Audion to structure, coordinate, and scale media recommendations consistently across all its markets. From a single prompt, Audion AI automatically translates campaign objectives (such as reach, brand uplift, and increased drive-to-store and conversion metrics) into structured strategies ready to be actioned. These 'multi-audio' media plans include traditional audio as well as audio-in-video (a growing trend in which video is listened to rather than watched).

Audion AI’s unique analysis of audio and video listening platforms (across Spotify, Deezer, Apple Podcasts, Youtube, and Amazon Music) enables it to identify the most relevant and highest performing content. From there it intelligently orchestrates media investments across the environments that will be the most effective and continuously optimises ad activations to maximise results across the full marketing funnel, from consideration to online conversion.

​​These capabilities are based on Audion’s ability to aggregate signals from across the audio landscape (podcasts, streaming, digital radio, video podcasts, etc) with its own data (campaign insights and results, brand lift studies, drive-to-store analyses, historical performance signals) into a single intelligence layer.

To deliver at this level, Audion analyses the equivalent of almost 100 years of audio and video content every month to give it precise understanding of contextual and performance signals. As well as enabling it to select the most relevant content, this allows Audion AI to predict content performance based on historical campaign data combined with brand lift and drive-to-store studies conducted.
