Readpeak, the leading programmatic native advertising platform, trusted by brands including IKEA, BMW, and Bosch, has announced three senior appointments as it continues its rapid growth across Europe.
Thomas Bailly joins as head of international growth, Helena Murphy as agency lead for the UK, and Charles Duquesne as country manager for France. The hires come as Readpeak scales its presence beyond its current operation in over 10 markets, with 3,500 advertisers and 1,500 premium publisher partners.
Based out of London, Bailly, formerly of Microsoft, Twitter, Yahoo, and Pinterest, will spearhead Readpeak’s entry into four to six new territories annually, aiming for a global footprint of more than 25 markets by 2030.
Murphy, joining from Hearst UK, will lead agency partnerships in the UK, while Duquesne, previously at The Trade Desk, will oversee Readpeak’s launch and growth in France.

Tomas Forsbäck, founder and CEO, Readpeak, says: "These appointments mark a thrilling new chapter for Readpeak. Thomas, Helena, and Charles bring a wealth of experience from some of the world’s most influential media and technology companies. Their combined expertise will help us expand faster, build deeper relationships with agencies and advertisers, and reinforce Readpeak as a trusted, performance-driven alternative to established digital giants."
Thomas Bailly adds: "Readpeak has built one of the most sophisticated yet user-friendly native advertising platforms in Europe. My focus will be to expand this proven model into new markets, build strategic partnerships, and make Readpeak an indispensable partner to all clients."
Since its founding in 2014, Readpeak has grown into a pioneer of programmatic content marketing, helping thousands of brands and agencies run transparent, high-performing native campaigns. With AI-powered solutions, a user-friendly platform, and a commitment to advertiser success, the company continues to redefine how content-driven advertising scales across markets.
