Assertive Yield Appoints Yael Schuster as Vice President of Marketing to Lead Global Brand and Growth Strategy

Assertive Yield announced the appointment of Yael Schuster as vice president of marketing, marking a strategic step in the company’s continued growth and market expansion. In her new role, Yael will lead Assertive Yield’s global marketing strategy, with a focus on unifying brand messaging, strengthening go-to-market execution, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the ad tech ecosystem.

Yael brings over 10 years of experience in ad tech, spanning marketing, customer success, and publisher partnerships. She joined Assertive Yield as a senior account manager, where she developed a deep understanding of customer needs, product impact, and commercial workflow, an experience that now directly informs her approach to leading the marketing organisation.

Prior to joining Assertive Yield, Yael spent nine years at Aniview, where she held multiple leadership roles and ultimately served as vice president, leading both the marketing and customer success teams. 

Earlier in her career, she worked at MediaShakers, where she began as an account manager for publishers and later became team leader, managing publisher relationships and operational growth. This cross-functional background positions her uniquely to align marketing closely with revenue, product, and customer outcomes.
