digitalAudience Accelerates UK Expansion with Local Leadership

digitalAudience is strengthening its presence in the United Kingdom as a priority growth market in 2026, appointing Paul Smith as managing director UK and Cristina (Rusu) Ghiuta as customer success manager UK.

The expansion forms part of digitalAudience’s broader strategy to build a privacy-first European data collaboration infrastructure, enabling brands, publishers and data owners to activate first-party data safely and at scale.

Paul Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in ad tech and digital media, with previous roles at Just Premium, Smart Frame, GDM, Eyeconomy, Adlede, Opt Out Advertising, and PS Media. He will lead market development, partnerships, and local growth initiatives in the UK.

Cristina Ghiuta joins with extensive experience in publisher account management and client services, having previously held senior roles at SmartFrame, GumGum and JustPremium. She will lead customer onboarding and success initiatives in the UK market, working closely with partners to drive adoption and performance.

In 2026, digitalAudience’s UK strategy includes launching pilot programs with publishers, expanding agency partnerships and contributing to industry dialogue around privacy-first data collaboration.

The strengthened UK presence complements digitalAudience’s continued expansion across Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics.
