Taboola Named One of Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2025

Taboola, a global leader in delivering performance at scale for advertisers, has been recognised on the esteemed Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list.

Taboola was named as one of the UK’s best medium-sized places to work, with particular acknowledgement for its performance-based bonuses, equity options, hybrid and remote work options, benefits package, and career growth opportunities.

The annual Sunday Times Best Places to Work celebrates Britain’s top companies for employee satisfaction and workplace excellence. Based on the results of a nationwide survey, the award highlights companies that have the happiest workforce.

Earlier this year, Taboola won multiple placements on the Built It 2025 Best Places to Work Awards. It was also honoured as a finalist in the Digiday Worklife Awards in the 'Most Transparent Culture' category.

Taboola empowers businesses to grow through performance advertising technology that goes beyond search and social and delivers measurable outcomes at scale. The brand works with thousands of businesses, reaching approximately 600 million daily active users across some of the best publishers in the world.

Adam Singola, CEO at Taboola said: "A strong culture and commitment to people is what sets Taboola apart. We have built Taboola on the principles of trust, transparency and a culture that fosters teamwork. You can copy anything about a company, but you can’t copy this type of passionate culture. We’re thrilled to be included in this year’s Sunday Times Best Places to Work among so many other admirable businesses."
