Azerion Promotes Roxanne Harley to VP Strategy & Growth

Omnichannel advertising platform Azerion has promoted Roxanne Harley to the newly-created position of VP strategy and growth as it continues to integrate multiple advertising disciplines, data streams, and technologies to deliver effective campaigns for clients.

Previously Azerion UK’s head of growth, Harley has been instrumental in bringing together the company’s marketing insight, research, and sales initiatives; the cohesive unit now in place supports strategic planning, product development and marketing, go-to-market (GTM) roadmaps and new business drives, and client growth plans.

In her new role, Harley will extend this remit to bring the company’s creative studio into the mix, along with customer success stories and post-campaign analysis. This expansion of Azerion’s collaborative approach will ensure that every project is fully insight-driven and highly optimised. It also underpins a commitment to best practice, most recently demonstrated with the launch in January of Mind Map which delivers ads when consumers are most likely to respond to them.

Dean Nagib, UK country manager at Azerion says: "Roxy has played a huge role in Azerion’s success so far. She brings real energy and passion to everything she does and consistently ensures we lead with insights, bringing everything together into a clear, joined-up offering that ultimately delivers better advertising for our partners. This promotion is hugely well deserved and I’m excited to see what she achieves in this next chapter."

Harley says: "Azerion has great teams, great technology and great data-driven insight. My new remit is the perfect opportunity to make sure these all work together in a way that feeds the company’s appetite for innovation and continues to deliver ad campaigns that meet clients’ goals."

Harley has worked with Azerion for nearly five years; prior to joining the company she held roles at Collective (now part of Azerion), TI Media (now a Future company) where she led the Dentsu and Publicis agency accounts, and Digital Cinema Media.
