Emma Alligan Joins xpln.ai as Agency Sales Director

xpln.ai, the ad attention measurement and optimisation technology company, today (18th May, 2026) announces the appointment of Emma Alligan as agency sales director, UK.

This appointment further strengthens xpln.ai's presence in the UK market, following the opening of its London office and the appointment of Dominic Di Talamo as managing director UK at the end of 2025.

Emma brings eighteen years of experience across media, advertising, and commercial partnerships, with deep expertise in agency relationships and digital strategy. She most recently spent nine years at GumGum, where she worked closely with brands and agencies, playing a key role in driving business growth. Her career also includes significant video and digital media experience from previous roles at Innovid, Channel 5, AOL, and InSkin Media.

As agency sales director UK, Emma will be at the forefront of the company’s UK expansion. Working closely with Dominic Di Talamo, she will strengthen xpln.ai’s positioning as a leading attention measurement partner. Her core missions will include supporting the adoption of xpln.ai’s attention-based solutions, developing strategic relationships with media agencies and key advertisers, helping partners connect attention metrics directly to brand and business outcomes.
