3. The agency or brand's name can either be made public on the brief, or remain anonymous
4. Vetted vendors and media companies respond to briefs posted on ExchangeWire Connect, providing in-depth detail that addresses the requirements of the open brief
5. The filtered vendor responses to the briefs are sent to the brands/agencies
6. Brands/agencies shortlist the most suitable brief responses
7. Brands/agencies and shortlisted vendors are connected
