Shinka Appoints SVPs of Product & Commercial to Drive Platform & Market Expansion

Shinka, the leading fully transparent and platform agnostic mediation layer for CTV, DOOH, and Audio, today (13th October, 2025) announces the appointment of two new senior vice presidents (SVPs) to its leadership team: Nick Flood, joining as SVP of product & GTM, and Walton Musgrave, appointed SVP of commercial & partnerships.
These appointments strengthen Shinka’s leadership team as the company scales its platform to meet growing demand from publishers and media owners across CTV and DOOH.
Nick Flood brings over 20 years of media and product management experience across global publishers and ad technology companies having previously worked at Kindred, Future Plc, Dennis Publishing, and Haymarket Media Group. In this role, Nick will drive the execution of Shinka’s product vision and GTM strategy, leveraging his extensive experience to accelerate the platform’s development and market positioning.
Walton Musgrave brings over 20 years of digital media and commercial leadership experience across publishers and streaming platforms, having previously led revenue initiatives at GB News, Hello, Dennis Publishing, and DAZN. As SVP of commercial and partnerships, Walton will spearhead Shinka’s customer growth strategy and strengthen the company’s position within the CTV and DOOH ecosystem through strategic industry partnerships.
