Assertive Yield has announced key strategic leadership appointments in product and customer success to strengthen product-led innovation and customer outcomes. Leela Fallah has joined the company as vice president of customer success, while Eytan Sayag, who previously served as such has transitioned to lead product as vice president of product.

Eytan will lead product strategy, roadmap prioritisation and cross-functional delivery, bringing a customer-first approach to accelerate product-market fit and drive value for publishers and partners. This move reflects Assertive Yield’s commitment to deepen product-led innovation.
Leela joins as VP of customer success, bringing a proven track record building high performing customer success teams and driving retention, expansion, and operational excellence. She will lead customer success strategy and teams to ensure clients realise measurable revenue and product impact.
