Brand Metrics Reveals Its Biggest Platform Investment Yet

Brand lift measurement specialist Brand Metrics is today (16th September, 2026) revealing the most significant period of platform investment in the company's history: the work has been underway for months and includes a rebuilt data collection infrastructure that has already unlocked a wave of new brand outcomes capabilities, with a full platform and UI rework rolling out over the rest of the year.

Log-level data is now available to customers, giving them access to every individual response and exposure record behind a brand outcomes result, ready to be matched against their own ad server, DSP or data warehouse, rather than just the aggregated scores in a standard report.

Brand Metrics now also measures brand lift for in-stream and out-stream video, connected TV, and digital audio including streaming and podcasts, all using the same single-question methodology already applied to measuring display and content.

Blend Lift is also live, delivering a full, validated brand lift report for campaigns too small for traditional survey volumes, blending a campaign's own measurement data with predictive modelling based on tens of thousands of past campaigns.

Brand Metrics organises all of this under a single outcomes standard: the world's largest brand outcomes measurement capability, paired with a market-leading brand outcomes prediction capability, with every result, measured or predicted, reported against the same four metrics: awareness, consideration, preference, and action intent.

This momentum has been recognised externally too: Brand Metrics was named Winner, Best CTV Ad Tech Innovation (2025) at the European Video Awards, judged by VideoWeek.

Brand Metrics has also confirmed the largest platform re-work in its history, with a new user interface and underlying platform on track to land within the next six months, providing a signal of long-term investment rather than incremental feature releases.

Johanna Silfwerbrand Bendroth, chief product officer at Brand Metrics, says: "This is the biggest platform investment we’ve made, not just the interface, but everything underneath it: with log-level data, video and audio measurement, and prediction now sitting alongside measurement, all within one consistent outcomes standard."
