The marketing and advertising industry started 2022 with enthusiasm and optimism for the opportunities that lie ahead, including continued growth in global digitisation; increasing opportunities for post pandemic marketing; and more volume and diversity of investment in technology innovation.
But what about the ever present challenges the industry faces – from measurement and attribution in a changeable environment, to improving transparency against the backdrop of diminishing consumer trust and increasing regulation, and getting to grips with best practices and best in class industry standards.
