Adzymic Makes Key Appointment to Drive Growth in North Asia

Adzymic, a Singapore-headquartered ad tech company, has appointed industry veteran Sally Ng as its new regional lead for the North Asia region. Based in Hong Kong, Sally will spearhead commercial growth and market development across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the China Greater Bay Area - a region the company views as a crucial aspect of its next phase of expansion.
According to Dentsu's Global Ad Spend Forecast, APAC is the world's fastest-growing advertising region, expected to reach USD$376.4bn (£278.8bn) in total ad spend by 2026, accounting for nearly 40% of global share by 2028. Against this backdrop, North Asia represents a strategically important cluster of markets where enterprise-grade digital advertising solutions are increasingly in demand.

Sally brings over two decades of ad tech and digital marketing leadership to the role. Most recently managing director for North Asia at Quantcast, she has a proven track record of driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across complex, multi-market environments. During tenures at Hivestack, Sojern and Sizmek, she orchestrated market entries and go-to-market programmes across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Greater China. Her deep expertise in China Outbound and Greater Bay Area dynamics, including cross-border audience targeting and regional media buying, makes her exceptionally well positioned to accelerate Adzymic's ambitions here. An active IAB HK Steering Committee member, she has led the IAB HK Ad Tech & Programmatic Committee for three years and served on the Digital Awards Committee for three consecutive years. She was also named Campaign's Women to Watch Greater China 2023.
"Adzymic has built something genuinely differentiated: high-impact, AI-powered omnichannel creative solutions that work for global brands to reach their audiences anywhere. For clients based in North Asia, that means access to world-class high-impact ad formats and premium inventory capabilities right here. The opportunity in this region is enormous, and the timing is impeccable. What excites me most is where Adzymic is headed next: the shift toward agentic advertising is going to redefine how brands plan, create and buy media, and I couldn’t think of a better platform to be driving that conversation from," she says.
Sally joins at a defining moment in Adzymic's evolution. The company's platform delivers a fully integrated, AI-powered advertising stack across the funnel, combining omnichannel high-impact media with dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) across display, video, CTV, and DOOH. As the industry moves toward agentic advertising, with AI operating autonomously across the campaign lifecycle, Adzymic is well positioned to lead that transition for brands and agencies across the region.
Kenniess Wong, executive director and co-founder of Adzymic says, "Sally's appointment is a significant step in our regional growth strategy. Her depth of experience in North Asia and her instinct for building markets from the ground up is exactly what Adzymic needs at this juncture. The North Asia digital advertising market is accelerating fast, and we intend to be at the forefront of it."
