Channel Factory Continues UK Expansion with New Leadership Hires

Channel Factory

Channel Factory, the global brand suitability and ad performance platform for YouTube has added two new hires to its UK team to help increase its footprint and to continue to grow the business across the region.

Amy Crowsley and Daniel Benjamins both join as sales directors to develop, manage, and grow the company’s agency and brand relationships within the UK market, while Martin O'Boyle joins as a strategic consultant to help drive revenue growth and strong, profitable partnerships for Channel Factory.

Amy has spent her career in advertising technology in both the UK and US markets, having spent time in London and New York. Prior to joining Channel Factory, Amy managed agency, trading desk and brand relationships for Illuma, a contextual AI technology platform, bringing in high profile clients such as Air New Zealand, Aston Martin, HSBC, Sky and Vodafone for the company. In her new role as sales director, Amy is tasked with growing Channel Factory’s agency and brand direct relationships in the UK.

Daniel Benjamins

Dan is an experienced commercial leader with more than 15 years’ experience in the marketing and advertising industry. In his role as sales director for Channel Factory, he brings a vast network of senior level relationships with brands, agencies, trading desks, and technology partners to the company. Before joining Channel Factory, Dan led agency sales for Publicis Media, working with partners such as Starcom and Zenith alongside Havas and IPG at the Daily Mail and Mail Online.

Amy Crowsley

Martin has more than 20 years’ experience across the advertising industry under his belt, having worked with ad tech companies, media owners, agencies and advertisers to help clients navigate the complex ad landscape. An expert in digital, CTV, video, and broadcast from holding group and agency level to client level, he brings a unique and in-depth industry perspective to Channel Factory. With his commercial mindset and direct experience in data and tech, Martin will work closely with the management team to develop strong partnerships and revenue strategies to help drive growth for the business within the UK and wider EMEA market.

Martin O'Boyle

“We are very excited to have Amy, Dan and Martin join our growing UK team,” said Rob Blake, managing director, UK, at Channel Factory. “All three of these new team members bring a very unique experience from across the advertising industry to help us work more closely with agency partners and brands to bring brand safe and suitable advertising campaigns to video. With their individual expertise and in-depth understanding of the industry, we know they will help us carve out a strong footprint in the market and continue to help push our vision for a more conscious advertising ecosystem forward.”

These new hires fall closely in the wake of Jessica Littlemore, who recently joined Channel Factory as EMEA marketing director, and three new hires in the US as the company continues to expand its global leadership team. Channel Factory is dedicated to helping create a better advertising ecosystem, and works closely with its agency and brand clients to drive more conscientious, thought-through advertising campaigns aimed at eliminating inherent bias in advertising across video.
