Assertive Yield Expands Team with Appointments of Shez Iqbal and Jack Watt

Assertive Yield announced today the strategic expansion of its team with two senior appointments: Shez Iqbal as Senior Director, Global App Monetisation and Jack Watt as Lead Sales Engineer, EMEA. These hires mark a significant step in Assertive Yield’s continued expansion and global growth, strengthening its technical and commercial capabilities across the App ecosystem and European markets.
Shez Iqbal joins Assertive Yield with over 20 years of experience in digital media and Ad Tech. Having held senior roles at Criteo, Sabio, Sublime (now part of Azerion), LiveIntent and Outbrain, Shez brings an extensive international network and deep expertise in publisher monetisation, programmatic infrastructure and emerging channels (including Mobile App and CTV). In his new role, Shez will spearhead the company’s global in-app growth strategy, expanding partnerships with publishers, app developers and SSPs to help customers maximise value from their monetisation stacks.
Jack Watt joins the company to lead Sales Engineering across EMEA, bringing 13 years of Ad Tech experience. With a background spanning commercial operations, programmatic strategy and product management, including a long tenure at MinuteMedia, Jack possesses a deep understanding of ad serving infrastructure and data strategy. He will focus on supporting the company’s regional expansion, working directly with tier one publishers and technology partners to help refine their technical roadmaps.
