In the TV landscape, FuboTV filed a lawsuit against Disney, Fox, and Warner Bros over their plans for a joint streaming venture. 

News also broke regarding Walmart’s acquisition of TV maker Vizio in a move to grow the retail giant’s ad business, and Comcast explored a streaming deal with Paramount.
