From a local standpoint, AI can turn granular signals into better planning decisions, particularly as budgets come under pressure. The other layer is operational. Execution often flattens the nuance of strategic planning due to the challenges of omnichannel setup – an area where AI can provide real value.

As the agentic era advances, the question won't be who has the best data or planning interface, but who can connect, interoperate, and orchestrate complexities across platforms.
